See the ruins of palaces and the royal ponds on the top of the rock and sit on the famous rock seat which is said to be used by the great king Rawana who was said to be the inventor of the first flying machine.

You can taste and buy original spices there before you leave for Kandy. In Kandy, you can visit the famous Gem Museum and buy some valuable stones at the best rates if you are a gem lover.
